Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee product and project management efforts. This role will be essential in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic direction for marketing initiatives, aligning with company goals and objectives to maximize impact and effectiveness.Campaign Implementation: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.Customer Engagement: Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events.Product Management: Work closely with product teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and product development. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is a plus.Minimum of seven (7) years of corporate experienceProven experience in business planning, strategy development, and execution.Strong background in product management and marketing, including managing the launch process from start to finish.Ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and fashion category, culture, and seasonal trends.Excellent organizational planning and follow-up skills, with assertiveness, flexibility, and adaptability.Proficiency in both Korean and English (Required)Positive attitude and ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and timely.
