Senior Director of Client Management
Building strong relationships with executive partners, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Client Management will develop tailored account strategies, serve as a trusted advisor, and leverage data insights to enhance client experiences while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
Own and drive client strategy by developing and executing tailored account strategies that align client goals with Cedar's business objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and effectively positioning Cedar's solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Commercial Strategy, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, and/or consulting
Proven track record of building relationships with VP-level and above stakeholders in health systems
Experience securing contract renewals and/or expansions
Strong interest in the healthcare tech industry with the ability to understand and articulate product capabilities
Demonstrates a self-starter mentality with experience working across multiple internal departments
