This position provides initial technical support for our Laboratory Information System (LIS) solutions, including SoftLab, SoftMic, SoftTQC, and SoftWeb.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nServe as the initial contact for Lab and Microbiology client support issues.\nDocument and manage tasks in the Case Management System.\nPerform basic troubleshooting of application, system, and hardware issues.\nIdentify and escalate system-critical or complex issues.\nGather diagnostic information and route tasks to the appropriate technical teams.\nProactively communicate with clients regarding support needs.\nMaintain compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and departmental requirements.\n\nQualifications\n\nAssociate degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
