Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip, 2-Phase cooling technologies that empower and enable Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving this high-growth market for data services.\nAccelsius is looking for a Solutions Architect to address various aspects of the Accelsius’ solution lifecycle, from understanding customer requirements to post-implementation support. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and the right candidate will interact effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.\nRole Responsibilities:\nSupport sales and the channel in developing Business Cases, ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for optimized solutions\nDevelop reference architecture for mechanical and thermal solutions, plan testing of peripheral solutions, and manage the interoperability matrices\nEarn ‘trusted advisor’ credibility with customers and partners\nUsing our tools, develop tailored solutions for unique customer requirements. Manage from a schedule, resource, and plan POV as you collaborate with cross functional internal teams.\nResponsible for managing deployment and shipping activities of multiple rack form factors and technologies with trusted partners and vendors\nEngage with the Research and Development team to scope, validate, and deliver optimized solutions with ecosystem partners\nAlign with Product Management to monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data center cooling to propose new innovative and cutting-edge products\nPresent and position our technology and company vision to various external executive and technical stakeholders (customers, VARs, partners) to win new business\nQualifications for this role include:\n5-10 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility\nBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., electrical, civil, mechanical, etc.)\nDatacenter cooling experience preferred\nExperience with Commercial HVAC or other pressurized systems\nExcellent communication and presentation skills to Executive level, both verbal and written\nExceptional interpersonal and empathy skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization\nMust bring curiosity, a willingness to be hands-on, professionalism, a positive attitude, and a focus on problem-solving\nCommitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nServer/Compute experience across multiple top tier OEMs\nKnowledge on various OEM rack vendors and form factors a plus\nPackaging and shock / vibration experience a plus\n\nAccelsius offers a competitive salary with equity, a full range of benefits including medical and dental, 401K, occasional remote work, and unlimited PTO.\n\nThe position is based in Austin, Texas.
