Ensure proper scheduling of all technicians.\nManage and maintain a cost effective preventive maintenance program\nSolid mix of electro-mechanical industrial maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, knowledge is required.\nSuccessfully manages through clear communication on goals, training, coaching, and mentoring.
