Works with PM to request resources.\nCoordinating with PM on technical communication to customer, any new requirements or changes in scope and impacts to delivering the technical solution.\nDetermine if change is a product defect or enhancement before communicating to customer.\nResponsible for estimating new requirements of Project and gaining Architect or Manager approval.\nConducting or assigning code reviews.\n\nExpected Qualification and Soft Skills\n5-7 years of relevant technical experience\nExcellent communication / customer service skills / confident telephone manner\nProactive and able to work under pressure\nExperience in complex IT project implementations, customizations and or maintenance\nMust have an analytical mind set to analyse test result and facilitate defect resolution\nOrganized and methodical, dealing with numerous tasks.\nFluent in written and verbal English.\nRequested Technical skills\nTechnical skills to include two or more of the following:\nIBM Enterprise COBOL or PLI programming experience\nSystem level experience of IBM CICS; IMS and JCL\nRelational databases, such as IBM DB2/UDB, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server; PostgreSQL\nWindows operating system\nLinux/UNIX operating system\nKnowledge of major Cloud Provider infrastructure and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, Docker / Kubernetes\nDesired Project Experience\nA practical experience of mainframe application modernization project is highly desirable.
