with healthcare executives and key decision-makers to identify client needs and business opportunities.\nConvert qualified opportunities into client proposals and facilitate a seamless transition to the Sales team for continued engagement.\nDevelop and cultivate target healthcare system accounts through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and business development activities.\nExecute multi-channel business development activities, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, referrals, conferences, networking events, and strategic partnerships.\nBuild, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to support the Company’s revenue growth objectives.\nPartner with the Marketing team to improve lead quality, lead conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.\nMaintain accurate, timely, and complete customer and opportunity information within HubSpot CRM.\nProvide market intelligence, buyer feedback to support sales, strategies and marketing initiatives.\nStay informed of healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to effectively position the Company’s services.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThree (3) to five (5) years of business development, sales development, pipeline generation, or related experience.\nHealthcare industry or complex B2B sales experience preferred.\nExperience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.\nExperience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.\nExecutive presence with the ability to engage senior healthcare leaders.\nStrong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.\nDemonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.\nSelf-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
