To support the continued growth of this program, you will also identify trends, develop scalable templates, and implement standardized workflows and process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and profitability.\nPosition Salary Range*\nThe expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.\nRequired Qualifications**\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field\n15+ years of experience managing design delivery or program management within architecture, engineering, or multi-disciplinary design consulting environments\nExperience coordinating architects and engineers through the design and documentation phases of national or multi-site large-format retail programs\nStrong understanding of retail design programs, building codes, and architecture/engineering documentation standards\nExperience managing high-volume project portfolios or multi-site programs\nExperienced in both interior and exterior architectural document development\nProficiency with project/program management software, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Outlook\nExcellent design insight, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly\nExceptional communication, collaboration skills, and relationship management with clients, internal teams, and external partners\nPreferred Qualifications**\nExperience working within architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design consulting firms strongly preferred\nCurrent professional license/registration or a project management certification (or equivalent in-house training)\nDid you know that some people hold back on applying to jobs if they don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements?
