That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.\n\nOur culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.\n\nWe're looking for people who:\n\nAre curious and excited about technology\nLike solving problems and figuring things out\nCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a team\nWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselves\n\nIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.\n\n*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.*\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide enterprise-level management for the program across infrastructure, software and applications, software development and integration, data management, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT service management, governance and compliance, portfolio management, testing, training, and program and financial management\nMonitor and report program activities and progress in terms of cost, schedule, and performance\nEnsure appropriate metrics are used and documented as part of the cost, schedule, and performance reporting and exercise continuous risk mitigation and issue resolution activities\nServe as the primary contractor interface with Government KO, CORs, PMs, technical leads, senior stakeholders, and executive leadership to support program execution, performance visibility, issue resolution, and decision-quality communication\nEstablish and maintain governance structures for program execution, change management, architecture review, cybersecurity compliance, platform integration, risk management, and transformation milestones\nLead enterprise portfolio reviews, investment prioritization, capability mapping, and rationalization efforts to reduce duplication and align modernization activities with mission priorities and operational requirements\nDirect transition, modernization, and sustainment activities, including assessment, migration planning, adoption planning, communications, workforce transition, and operational continuity\nOversee enterprise integration of cloud, data, cybersecurity, ITSM, ServiceNow, and mission systems while ensuring scalability, resiliency, interoperability, and alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant IT, business, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field\nMinimum of (15) years of relevant program management experience, including managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, reporting, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for complex federal IT programs\nActive DoD/DoW Clearance w/ ability to obtain TS w/ SCI eligibility\n\nPreferred qualifications and experience include:\n\nActive TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility\nExperience supporting Air Force organizations such as AFLCMC, AFRL, AFOSR or similar DOW research, development, acquisition, or mission support organizations\nExperience managing large-scale federal IT contracts, portfolios, or programs involving multiple technical disciplines, stakeholders, delivery teams, and performance objectives\nExperience leading enterprise IT modernization portfolios spanning infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud services, data platforms, mission systems, and shared service environments\nExperience consolidating independent technology platforms, toolsets, applications, and service environments into a unified enterprise ecosystem or common architecture\nExperience developing and executing multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to mission outcomes, technology investments, operational requirements, and modernization priorities\nExperience briefing senior Government stakeholders, executive governance boards, PMs, CORs, and acquisition officials on program health, risks, investment options, and modernization decisions\nExperience with ServiceNow, ITSM, cloud platforms, cybersecurity compliance, enterprise architecture, data platforms, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent program, portfolio, agile, service management, or technical certifications\n\nIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
