This is a multi-faceted set of responsibilities including requirements gathering, configuration of our SaaS products to meet those requirements, carrying out basic project management activities, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to adoption.\nYou will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, customer success, and technical support, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe Implementation Manager is accountable for all tasks associated with these new engagements and is responsible for coordinating with our clients, our client’s vendors and multiple internal teams.\nOn time and on budget execution of all phases of your project implementation from kickoff through transition to Support and Customer Success\nEnsure the technical team assigned to your implementation has all of the information they need to do their job\nMaintain all new client implementations or expansions in a Cloud Coach project schedule\nCommunicate internal deliverables and client deliverables to the appropriate parties\nCommunicate project status weekly to leadership and internal departments\nSuggest process and documentation improvements to the Director of Professional Services that may be uncovered during the project implementation\n\nRequirements:\n1-2 years of experience managing multiple large, complex and cross-functional software implementation projects, preferably in a government or utilities environment.\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.\n1-2 years managing software projects /banking/finance/point of sale or Cashiering experience.\nMust have software experience.\nStrong Excel and data skills\nConfident communicator with excellent organization and time management\nSelf-starter who thrives with minimal oversight\nComfortable working in client-facing roles\nStrong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, and be able to take the lead in a workshop environment.\nExperience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly GovTech, is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Autotask, Asana, or similar software for project tracking and time management is a plus.\n\nLocation:\nThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta, GA office.\n\nAI Mindset at Euna Solutions\nWe believe the future of work is human + AI.
