This role is critical in shaping strategy, expanding market share, and positioning VB Spine as a leader in the spine industry.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop a high-performing spine sales team across multiple locationsDrive territory performance to exceed sales targets, including revenue, growth, and market shareRecruit, engage, and retain top sales talent while building a strong team culturePartner with internal stakeholders on product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioningBuild and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makersAnalyze market trends and sales data to guide strategy and optimize performanceSupport complex sales efforts, including negotiating and closing key dealsManage budgets, forecasting, and overall territory profitabilityEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policiesRepresent VB Spine at industry events, meetings, and customer engagementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred5+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices or a related industry (spine preferred)Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of building and developing teamsDemonstrated success exceeding sales and financial targetsExperience managing P&L and developing strategic business plans preferredStrong relationship-building skills across surgeons, hospital systems, and stakeholdersAbility to influence, negotiate, and drive results in complex healthcare environmentsStrong communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel extensively and support on-call needs as requiredAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in clinical environments, including operating roomsWhy VB Spine?We believe in developing leaders who drive impact. The typical pay range for this position is $85,000 – $280,000 annually with bonus potential.VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range.
