gathering logs, error messages, timestamps, endpoint details, request/response examples, and steps to reproduce.\n30% — Business Analysis / Requirements / BRD and TRD Support\nWork with customers, government stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and platform teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.\nSupport discovery sessions, technical fit discussions, customer onboarding, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.\nDevelop and maintain requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, decision records, meeting notes, and delivery assumptions.\nSupport BRD and TRD development by helping capture business needs, technical assumptions, data requirements, interface needs, and implementation considerations.\nHelp bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering implementation by clarifying scope, dependencies, constraints, and expected outcomes.\nIdentify gaps, open questions, risks, and dependencies that may affect delivery.\nSupport customer-facing and internal documentation, including onboarding materials, SOPs, help desk guidance, release notes, and platform support documentation.\nCoordinate with delivery teams to ensure requirements, testing, and implementation remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Cloud Analyst, QA Analyst, DevSecOps Analyst, Systems Administrator, Platform Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience supporting technical delivery in cloud, platform, API, integration, or secure government environments.\nFamiliarity with AWS cloud environments and cloud operations concepts.\nFamiliarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code concepts.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, version control, deployment processes, and release coordination.\nExperience testing or validating RESTful APIs, including requests/responses, status codes, payloads, authentication, authorization, and error handling.\nAbility to read and interpret Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, API documentation, interface
