We are excited for you to join our innovative team!\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze user experience and other client outcomes data, and incorporate organizational change techniques and adult learning principles to develop client adoption plans Consult with internal and external client stakeholders to propose and execute adoption strategies to achieve client objectives\nBuild and strengthen relationships with client executives and leaders to promote a positive caregiver experience\nOversee and deliver overall project scope and manage financials and other project operations for one or more client engagements\nProactively identify and troubleshoot project issues and risks, propose resolution strategies, and escalate as appropriate\nDirect, and enable adoption associates responsible for client deliverables by helping to remove or overcome client resistance or other barriers\nPropose new approaches to create and deliver onboarding and continuous education plans for assigned products and offerings for internal, third party, or client resources delivering adoption support\nPropose options and educate clients on available analytics tools and adoption best practices\nProvide analysis and reporting to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved\nTrain associates within the analytics and adoption community; share suggestions for improvements to processes and best practices with leaders\nExpectations\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen)\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations\nWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position\nWilling to travel up to 80% as needed\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned\nBasic Qualifications\nAt least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:\nAt least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience\nAt least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education\nHigh School Diploma\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience\nMaster's degree or equivalent relevant work experience\nAt least 2 year of project management work experience\nProject Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)\nDisclaimer:\nCertain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 to $56.83 per hour; from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum.
