This position requires working onsite and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have strong soldering experience, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssemble, disassemble, and modify electromechanical subassemblies following work instructions and process plans.\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.\nPerform self-inspection of completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.\nUtilize fixtures to accurately build assemblies.\nInspect parts and materials for defects before use.\nManually solder or apply epoxy to electrical components.\nOperate solder reflow ovens, semi-automatic Pick & Place (P&P) machines, and automated measurement systems.\nWork in a clean room manufacturing environment.\nMaintain accurate production records using MRP and data collection systems.\nCollaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of two (2) years of High School or Trade School education.\nAbility to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and schematics.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nBasic computer proficiency.\nWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing production environments.\nAbility to become solder certified.\nRequired Skills\nSoldering experience.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.\nProduction assembly experience.\nStrong quality inspection skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication.\nComputer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIPC-A-610 Certification.\nJ-STD Certification.\nExperience working in a clean room manufacturing environment.\nAll applicants will receive an email from noreply@eximius.ai with a mandatory screening step.
