The SSE will help the client manage its network infrastructure and critical business applications; improve service levels; and diagnose and correct issues quickly in order to minimize customer downtime. Additionally, the SE will provide technical services and assistance to properly architect and configure/integrate HPE products APM, NNMi, and NA to monitor and manage a LAN and WAN infrastructure.\n\nThe client is located in Columbus, Ohio. It is anticipated that the majority of the hours will be spent on site. It is also understood that some of the hours will be spent on the planning meetings and developing the project plan/schedule.\n\nKey Functions for this position\n\nFormulates/defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer.\nDesigns, codes, tests, debugs, and documents the relevant software programs.\nProvides overall operating system maintenance, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large telecommunications networks, computer accounting, and advanced mathematical/scientific software packages.\nAssists in all phases of software systems programming applications.
