Most days with one or two other people. Lead by doing the work and assigning responsibilities.\n\nTake responsibility for learning installation methods for different product lines.\n\nHelp to determine daily schedule, order for jobs to be completed.\n\nTurn in completed paperwork daily, turning it into appropriate CSR.\n\nDirect putting away of leftover materials at the end of the day.\n\nAssist with the truck getting cleaned out at the end of the day.\n\nResponsibility over tools.
