Quadrant Bar & Lounge & The Saga Seven Reasons Group  is seeking an experienced  Host  to join our dynamic team at our dual concept establishment located in The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. ABOUT OUR CONCEPTS: Quadrant Bar & Lounge  - An exclusive destination featuring contemporary French-(Latin) American cuisine and premiere mixology in an elegant, entertaining environment that celebrates Washington, DC. The Saga  - Chef Enrique Limardo's culminating restaurant showcasing evolved Spanish-influenced cuisine with top-tier hospitality, featuring an open kitchen concept designed by award-winning OOAK designers. We are looking for warm, organized, hospitality-driven individuals who enjoy creating memorable first impressions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSABILITIES: • Greeting and welcoming guests• Managing reservations and waitlists• Coordinating seating flow with the service team• Supporting guest communication and overall experience• Maintaining organization of the host stand and entrance areas• Assisting with guest needs and service coordinationQUALIFICATIONS: • Previous host, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Professional appearance and positive attitude• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressureBENEFITS: • Sick days• 5 days PTO after 12 months of employment• Company contribution covering 50% of health insurance after 6 months of employment• 25% discount across company restaurants More detail about The Saga part of Seven Reasons Group, please visit
