In this role, you will operate computer-controlled woodworking machinery to produce high-quality wood components and furniture. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing, machining, and precision craftsmanship to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety standards and quality specifications.\nResponsibilities\nSet up and operate CNC woodworking machines, following detailed technical drawings.\nProgram CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to create precise machining instructions.\nInterpret technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of wood parts.\nConduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot industrial equipment issues, and perform adjustments to optimize performance.\nMeasure finished components using measuring instruments such as calipers, tape measure, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy.\nFollow safety standards in production areas, including proper use of hand tools, safety gear, and machine guarding protocols.\nAssist with materials handling, fabrication, packaging, and assembly line tasks as needed to support production flow.\nRequirements\nPrior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.\nFamiliarity with CNC programming, CAM programming, V Carve Pro, or SolidWorks is a plus.\nMechanical knowledge related to tooling, materials handling, and fabrication processes.\nStrong attention to detail with excellent measurement skills using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.\nGood math skills for calculating measurements and machine settings; basic understanding of safety standards in production environments.\nAbility to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and work well within a team on assembly line tasks.\nJoin our team today and help us craft exceptional wood products with precision and passion!
