Fabricator/Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating custom components and installing finished products with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical systems, materials handling, and construction will ensure that projects are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Duties Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately fabricate components. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and effectively. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials including metal, wood, or composite materials using fabrication techniques. Install fabricated products on-site or in designated locations following safety protocols and project requirements. Handle materials efficiently within warehouse or manufacturing settings, ensuring proper storage and movement of supplies. Conduct quality inspections throughout fabrication and installation processes to meet standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow during fabrication and installation tasks. Requirements Proven experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or related fields involving assembly and materials handling. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, machining processes, and heavy equipment operation such as forklifts. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with millwork techniques and working with various materials including metals and composites. Warehouse experience or background in logistics is a plus for efficient materials management. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and operate machinery in compliance with safety standards.
