Ziosk is looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our POS & Integrations team. You will design, build, and own the mobile applications powering the guest-facing and operator experiences across thousands of restaurant locations nationwide, while driving architectural decisions and mentoring engineers across the mobile codebase. In this role, you will also leverage AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate coding, debugging, and integration work — while setting the standard for how the team uses AI responsibly to ship faster and more reliably. The successful candidate is self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nThe Main Course – Key Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and own React Native applications and native modules for Android, driving architectural decisions across the mobile codebase\nDevelop compelling and user-friendly applications and user interfaces that enhance the Ziosk guest experience\nLead code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on React Native best practices, native bridging, and performance optimization\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development velocity, while setting team standards for responsible AI-assisted code review and quality gates\nPartner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend teams to scope technical feasibility and influence roadmap decisions\nWhat You Bring To The Table – Required Skills & Qualifications:\nMinimum 4-5 years of experience developing React Native software applications, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity\nLanguages: TypeScript (JavaScript ES6), Kotlin, C# — deep proficiency required, including native module development and platform-specific debugging\nEnd-to-end ownership of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and rollback strategy for mobile application deployments\nDemonstrated ability to integrate AI coding assistants into a professional workflow with sound judgment on when to rely on AI-generated code versus writing/reviewing manually, and ability to instill that judgment in others\nNice to Have:\nLanguages: React, .NET, Java, Objective-C, Swift\nCloud experience with Azure and/or AWS\nExperience leading a team reorg, codebase migration, or platform consolidation effort.\nZiosk is an Equal Opportunity employer offering competitive benefits and compensation.
