We'd love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.Bulk CR Role OverviewThe Bulk Customer Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding product distribution within assigned accounts by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of PBV's product portfolio and allied brands. This role ensures the successful execution of all Customer Development Agreement (CDA) elements and promotional point-of-sale initiatives, while building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with customers. The position also upholds PBV merchandising standards and completes required training to support operational excellence and ongoing performance.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned retail accounts, including gondolas, racks, coolers, and secondary displays.Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers through effective, one-on-one selling.Ensure shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom areas are consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing.Manage product inventory and place accurate orders to maintain in-stock conditions and minimize out-of-stocks.Execute all customer development agreement (CDA) elements and promotional programs as directed.Collaborate and communicate regularly with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align on account needs and priorities.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Valid Driver's License.One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred.Strong basic math skills with the ability to manage inventory, orders, and product quantities accurately.Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal partners.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a high-volume workload.Safe driving practices and a strong commitment to maintaining company and DOT safety standards.High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.Results-driven mindset with a proactive, competitive approach to driving sales and execution.Energetic, positive, and customer-focused with a friendly, approachable demeanor.Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities, customer needs, and business demands.Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.Compensation and BenefitsAs part of your total compensation package, you will also receive the following benefits:Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, personal days, parental leave, and bereavement leave401(k) with a company matchMedical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as supplemental health plan options, including accident, critical illness, and hospitalizationSaving and spending accountsCompany-paid telemedicine servicesFree counseling and information servicesWellness programCompany-paid life insuranceCompany-paid disability coverageAdoption assistanceEducation assistanceLegal service plan optionPay advance optionUnfortunately, we will be unable to offer visa sponsorships to candidates.EOE M/F/D/VPepsi Bottling Ventures is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
