The work requires someone who can keep systems stable, support users, validate data, manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and help the customer move through migration without disruption.\nThis is a very specific role. Candidates must have real experience with TRIRIGA, MREF, Maximo, or MAS. General application support experience alone will not meet the requirement.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational support for TRIRIGA and MREF environments.\nSupport parallel operations between legacy TRIRIGA and MAS/MREF environments during migration and transition.\nHelp maintain system performance, service levels, and operational continuity during migration.\nPerform application administration, workflow updates, role-based access support, and approved system enhancements.\nSupport data validation, quality checks, system alignment, and reporting validation during migration activities.\nTroubleshoot application, database, server, and integration-layer issues.\nSupport patching, upgrades, system changes, and new feature deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.\nMaintain and update reporting capabilities for operational, analytical, and compliance needs.\nDevelop documentation, work instructions, operating procedures, workflow guides, and training materials.\nProvide end-user support and help users understand application functionality, workflows, and data interactions.\n\nMust-Have Requirements\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain NASA Public Trust.\nMust live within 50 miles of a NASA Center or be willing to relocate before start.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Facility/Asset Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of systems engineering or enterprise application support experience.\nHands-on experience administering or supporting IBM TRIRIGA, Maximo MREF, Maximo, or MAS.\nExperience with configuration, workflow management, system troubleshooting, and role-based access.\nExperience supporting multi-environment operations: development, test, staging, and production.\nAbility to diagnose application, database, reporting, and integration-layer issues.\nStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and strong commitment to operational reliability.\n\nStrongly Preferred\nExperience with TRIRIGA-to-MREF migrations.\nExperience with IBM MAS MREF.\nExperience supporting federal facilities, asset management, or real estate management programs.\nExperience with SQL, Cognos, BIRT, Power BI, ETL, or reporting/data validation.\nFamiliarity with federal cybersecurity, compliance, or IT governance standards such as NIST/FISMA.\nNASA facilities experience is a plus.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role is critical to keeping NASA facilities and enterprise asset systems stable through migration and transition.
