Description We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity at a community acute care hospital in New Hampshire. This assignment is expected to begin on August 1, 2026, for a minimum of 13-week duration, with the possibility of flexible scheduling. The facility is open to splitting the assignment between two providers to meet its full-time coverage needs.The selected physician will provide anesthesia services in the operating room and supervise CRNAs approximately three days per week. The position offers a diverse case mix and a supportive clinical environment without resident supervision responsibilities. Travel expenses reimbursed, including: MileageRental carHotelFlight Malpractice Covered Yes Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures in the operating room.Administer and manage anesthesia care for adult patients and select pediatric ENT cases.Supervise CRNAs approximately three out of five working days.Manage cases across a variety of specialties, including:General SurgeryOrthopedicsUrologyENT (including some pediatric cases)Vascular SurgeryThoracic SurgeryCollaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.Participate in optional call coverage as needed. Qualifications Board Certification in Anesthesiology required.Active New Hampshire medical license required, or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) with a Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand.ACLS certification required.BLS certification required.DEA registration required.Minimum of 1 year of Anesthesiology experience required.Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
