You will lead key enterprise initiatives, such as customer orchestration, ensuring alignment across leadership, mitigating program risks, and guaranteeing on-time delivery with quantifiable business impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead Enterprise Cross-Functional Initiatives: Direct the execution of strategic, multi-product programs like \"Customer Orchestration,\" bridging products across Data, DSML, and commercial teams to create seamless experiences.\n\nOrchestrate Technical & Program Dependencies: Identify, map, and actively manage complex upstream and downstream dependencies across diverse product suites, ensuring project commitments are met without dropped handoffs.\n\nProvide Executive-Ready Communication: Synthesize highly complex, granular technical data into clear, objective, and executive-ready briefings, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.\n\nDrive Program Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain centralized, high-quality program documentation and confluence spaces across product suites, ensuring roadmaps, architecture decisions, governance frameworks, and operational guides are clear, up-to-date, and accessible.\n\nMeasure & Foster Stakeholder Awareness: Proactively track stakeholder understanding and sentiment across the enterprise, designing targeted communication rhythms, enablement sessions, and feedback loops to drive transparency, buy-in, and program adoption.\n\nProactive Risk Mitigation & Portfolio Health: Continuously assess portfolio health, anticipate cross-team bottlenecks, manage resources/prioritization trade-offs, and resolve roadblocks before they impact delivery timelines.\n\nDrive Alignment & Facilitation: Lead senior leadership forums, steering committees, and crucial cross-functional conversations to align competing stakeholder priorities and preserve organizational goals.\n\nEstablish Governance & Operating Models: Design and operationalize program execution frameworks, defining clear roles, decision rights, communication rituals, and risk escalation pathways.\n\nWho you are\n\nYou hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, quantitative science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nYou possess 5+ years of progressive experience in program or project management leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment.\n\nYou demonstrate deep expertise in technical program management, with a proven ability to manage complex portfolio dependencies, project workflows, and resource allocation.\n\nYou bring proven success in risk identification, escalation, and mitigation across interdependent product roadmaps.\n\nYou possess exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex details into strategic updates for senior leadership.\n\nPreferred\n\nAdvanced degree (e.g., MBA or relevant graduate degree).\n\nProfessional program/project management certification (e.g., Agile, PMP, CAPM).\n\nExperience in data, digital, or advanced analytics organizations within biotech, healthcare, or technology industries.\n\nLocation\n\nThis role is based in South San Francisco and offers a hybrid schedule working 3 day per week on campus\n\nNo relocation benefits are available for this posting\n\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $147,600 - 274,200 USD annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
