The third is the people – passionate, optimistic, and energetic.\n\nIT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. The Keyholder will be in charge of delivering exceptional customer service while being responsible for store duties including sales floor merchandising and maintenance, product knowledge, and register duties. At times, the Keyholder will be responsible for opening or closing the store.\n\nWhat you’ll do? IT’S Exciting!\n\nLaugh out loud, dance to the music, and provide a humorous escape to our customers while you\n\nDeliver exceptional Customer Service:\n\nAssist customers with requests and inquiries.\nFollow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.\nEnsure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.\nOperate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.\n\nAchieve Sales Goals:\n\nFollows through on customer’s requests for specific items and suggests additional products.\nUse selling skills through explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product information.\n\nSupport Store Operations\n\nMaintains store cash handling records.\nResponsible for opening and closing procedures as needed.\nMerchandises displays to visual guidelines.\nAssist in set-up for special events and promotions.\nUnderstands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicate LP issues with Store Manager.\nOperational Responsibilities include, but are not limited to salesfloor/backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, mopping, etc.\n\nEmbody our Core Values:\n\nRepresent our core values: IT’S being Positive, Playful, Present and a Difference Maker.\nDisplay enthusiasm and cheerfulness while working collaboratively in a team environment.\nRequirements:\n\nWhat you need to join the fun:\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nEducation: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.\nYears of Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role preferred\nWilling to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nMust be able to use a POS/cash register.\nAble to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.\nAble to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.\nMust be able to work alone or with the minimum amount of supervision.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?
