Recruiter - Hybrid/onsite Wilmington MA

Technical Recruiter Required onsite 2 days a week in Wilmington, MA Looking for a strong generalist who can work cross functionally with all teams, a real flexible attitude to help wherever needed....our current focus is on Tech and Engineering roles. but that can quickly change to G&A and Operations Typical Qualifications: 5+ years of technical/recruiting experience (corporate or agency) Ability to influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment Experience sourcing active and passive candidates using internal resume database, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean/internet searches, etc. Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and organized Ability to work in a highly team-based environment Experience with Workday/ATS
