Job DescriptionPerform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned areaOperate complex equipment and machines in a safe mannerFit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirementsWork from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specificationsIdentify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivityMaintain logs and other necessary documentsWork with direct supervisionResponsibilitiesAbility to recognize deviation from accepted practicesAbility to operate a variety of machinesBasic understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP conceptsVisual acuity and manual dexterityGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsQualifications* 1-2+ years manufacturing or related work experience* High School diploma or equivalentFor candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range for this position is $16.39-$27.88 per hour.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
