This position serves as a hands-on IT support and coordination resource responsible for user support, IT asset and software coordination, ticket management, telecommunications support, project coordination, and IT process improvement.\n\nResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to:\n\nProvide direct IT support and coordinate support with site IT organizations.\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding.\nMaintain hardware/software knowledgebase information.\nCoordinate asset delivery, tracking, installation, documentation, and refresh activities.\nSupport software installation and configuration.\nTroubleshoot and coordinate connectivity and non-enterprise system issues.\nMonitor Remedy tickets and drive resolution within established SLAs.\nIdentify recurring IT problems and coordinate corrective actions.\nSupport voice, data, video conferencing, webcams, telephony, and related communications technologies.\nTrack IT projects and initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.\nProvide weekly management status briefings.\n\n Minimum Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizenship.\nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance.
