The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, inspires teams, and ensures clarity and purpose in execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program management for business process and data governance transformation initiativesEstablish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and complianceAlign program goals with organizational strategy and long-term objectives, ensuring governance and accountability at all levelsOversee governance, risk management, and compliance across all program componentsManage full project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on governance and quality assuranceDevelop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for data-centric programsDrive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practiceImplement change management strategies to support organizational adoption, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of data stewardshipDefine success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver executive-level reporting on governance and program outcomesPromote continuous improvement and best practices in program management and data governanceResolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and balance competing demands while maintaining governance standardsUse data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomesQualificationsDeep understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and compliance frameworks5+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering complex, governance-focused initiativesProven experience in global, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership, communication, and change management capabilitiesExperience preferred with data catalog platforms (e.g. Informatica, Collibra, Atlan, Alation, etc.)Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)Ability to define and track KPIs, generate dashboards, and present governance insightsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skillsFamiliarity with technology-driven environments and collaboration with technical teamsDesired Skills:Knowledge of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applications in business transformationExperience with Learning & Development programs, including digital learning strategies and change enablement principlesExpertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesVisa sponsorship is not available for this role.Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.California Pay range: MIN $103,850.00 -
