This role will be central to that effort.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of customer projects from order through delivery.\nThis is a high-ownership role in a small, fast-growing company. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring that commitments to customers are met on time and without surprises.\nIf you thrive in an environment where you can bring structure, solve problems, and have a visible impact on the business, this is an opportunity to grow with the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn execution of multiple projects from order acceptance through delivery and closeout\nMaintain and manage a master schedule across all active projects\nCoordinate with fabrication partners to track production progress, manage lead times, and ensure delivery commitments are met; negotiate pricing with vendors and partners to optimize cost and margin; monitor material inventory levels and coordinate procurement timing to support project schedules and cash flow\nManage submittal and approval workflows, including shop drawing review cycles with architects, designers, and general contractors\nDrive customer and contractor communication, including status updates, milestone confirmations, approvals, and issue resolution\nIdentify schedule and delivery risks early; proactively manage suppliers and expectations to avoid project surprises\nSupport the quoting and order intake process, coordinating with sales to ensure project requirements are fully captured at handoff\nWork closely with Accounting and Ownership to manage financial flows across projects, including client deposit collection prior to issuing purchase orders, progress payments from customers, and timely payments to fabricators and partners in alignment with project milestones and cash flow requirements\nSupport continuous improvement of project management processes and tools as D13 scales\nQualifications\nExperience\n3–7 years of project or program management experience\nExperience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, millwork, or similar industries preferred\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred\nSkills\nStrong scheduling and organizational discipline\nExperience managing external vendors or suppliers\nAbility to read and interpret fabrication drawings, submittals, or construction documents preferred\nExcellent communication and follow-through\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com and QuickBooks preferred\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA structured, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership\nSomeone who communicates early and avoids surprises\nA professional who can balance discipline with flexibility in a growing company\nA team-oriented individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats\nA focus and discipline on Continuous Improvement\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary based on experience; anticipated range of $80,000–$100,000 annually\nPerformance-based bonus opportunities\nCompetitive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement options\nPaid time off and holidays\nOpportunity to grow with a scaling, entrepreneurial company\nWhy This Role Matters\nD13 is at a pivotal stage of growth.
