We uphold the integrity and quality of our work so you can expect only the best from us.\nWe are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join RSC2 INC!\nResponsibilities:\nDevelops Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines, instrumenting code to report relevant metrics, and building safe and efficient build processes.\nCreating and maintaining automated microservice deployments to a GovCloud/IL–5 environment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.\nSupport the DevOps pipeline to automate deployments to production.\nParticipates in planning, coordinating, scheduling, and directing technical support activities applicable to the migration of DevSecOps pipelines and microservices.\nWorks closely with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure the entire software development life cycle is smooth, efficient, and error-free.\nParticipates in government oversight of contractor software development activities, to include as a supporting team member in agile development paradigm activities (e.g., scrums, sprint reviews).\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 5 (five) years of direct experience with software development and related experience.\nExperience in implementing Agile and DevSecOps methodologies with a passion for agile principles and best practices.\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, such as Ansible, Terraform and Puppet.\nExperience coding and scripting with common languages, such as Python, Linux Shell (Bash/Bourne/etc), and Java.\nProven experience with CI/CD tools, such as Git and Jenkins.\nExperience with microservices and Docker containerization.\nExperience with security testing tools and techniques (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP).\nCertification in AWS and/or Azure DevOps Engineer or similar certification.\nDemonstrates strong sense of ownership and operates in a collaborative manner.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment.\nBachelors degree.
