NC Program Development:\nAnalyze part prints, manufacturing operation sheets, and NX part models to develop and modify Numerical Control (NC) programs for various 2, 3, 4, and 5 axis machine tools.\nUtilize NX CAD/CAM graphical system and Turbosoft + airfoil programming software for program development.\n2. Technical Expertise:\nProvide machining and development teams with expertise on potential machining challenges and their impact on surface properties.\nProgram Refinement:• Independently develop and refine NC programs, showcasing proficiency and initiative in program optimization.\n4. Process Optimization:\nDetermine optimal feeds, speeds, and tool selection for a range of milling applications.\n5.
