This individual will lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs from initiation through delivery, while also building the frameworks, tools, and processes that enable Infrastructure leaders to plan, budget, and communicate effectively.Beyond core program management, this role will lead the creation and facilitation of the annual Infrastructure roadmap, partnering with leadership to align priorities, sequence initiatives, and communicate the roadmap across the organization. This person will mentor and coach the Infrastructure leadership team through the annual budgeting cycle, guiding decisions around labor, hardware, software, and capital vs. expense classifications for new work, and will establish a repeatable tracking method for ongoing infrastructure expenses, including current run-rate costs, contract and license renewals, and forecast accuracy.This individual will build tools and lightweight processes that support roadmap facilitation, budget planning, and expense tracking, and will ensure Infrastructure leadership is well-prepared with the right data, narrative, and materials whenever they are requesting approval to begin new work.
