Serving both Innovations & Options and 27J Online Academy, you will empower students and families in our community with the available pathways to graduation. Oh, and you should probably love Dragons and Lynxes (our school mascots!)SCHEDULE: 4-Day Work Week (Tuesday - Friday) | 10 hours/day, on the 10-month work schedule. We all agree--Mondays off are quite fabulous!SALARY: Classified Grade P, $24.39 per hour to start, depending on recent relevant experience. Position is paid over 12-months and is eligible for benefits.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnrollment & Pathway CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for school interest inquiries, helping families understand which of our diverse programs best meets their needs.Lead the end-to-end enrollment experience from initial interest to the first day of school, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition.Partner with school registrars for the management of registration, records requests, and transcripts.Collaborate with school administrators, counselors, and IEP/CLD/504 staff to ensure smooth enrollment for every student.Implement intake and placement processes for administrative transfers in partnership with Intervention Services and Special Education departments.Outreach & Re-EngagementConduct direct outreach to students and families to explore re-enrollment opportunities.Coordinate re-entry into district schools or external educational programs, creating "warm handoffs" for returning students.Track dropout and re-engagement trends to help us refine our strategy and better serve our district.QUALIFICATIONSBilingual Excellence: Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written) is required.K through 12 Experience: Proven experience working within a K through 12 educational setting or a closely related field.Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to communicate and build trust with students, families, and diverse stakeholders.Organized Problem-Solver: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex data and multiple priorities simultaneously.High school diploma or equivalent required.Links to Important Job Information:Benefits InformationSalary SchedulesLeaves InformationNon-Discrimination NoticeAll future correspondence will be handled via the email address you provided in your online application.
