TrinityRail is proud to\nTrinity Parts & Components is looking for an EHS Analyst in Fort Worth, TX!\nThe EHS Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across the Parts & Components, MRU, and RSI business operations. This role assists in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations while promoting a proactive culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEHS Program Support\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across Parts & Components, MRU, and RSI operations\nAssist with hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections, and corrective action tracking\nSupport emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, and safety initiatives\nRegulatory Compliance\nAssist with ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory requirements\nMaintain required EHS records, reports, permits, and compliance documentation\nSupport regulatory inspections and audits as needed\nISO Management Systems\nSupport and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems at certified locations\nCoordinate internal audits, corrective actions, management review activities, and certification audit supports\nMaintain management system documentation and promote continuous improvement efforts\nTraining and Employee Engagement\nAssist with the development, coordination, and delivery of EHS training programs\nPromote employee involvement in safety and environmental initiatives\nSupport communication of EHS policies, procedures, and best practices\nAssist with the investigation of incidents, near misses, and environmental events\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective action development\nMaintain incident records and reporting requirements\nAuditing and Continuous Improvement\nConduct routine inspections, audits, and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement\nMonitor EHS performance metrics and assist with reporting activities\nSupport continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, environmental performance, and operational effectiveness\nCollaboration and Support\nPartner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations\nServe as a resource for environmental, health, and safety matters across supported business units\nTravel to operating locations as needed to provide EHS support and guidance\n\nWhat you'll need:\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Management, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which results in required knowledge, skills, and abilities\n2-5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety roles within manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, repair, rail services, distribution, or related environments\nExperience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments preferred\nExperience supporting ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems preferred\nWorking knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations\nFamiliarity with environmental compliance, industrial safety, and incident investigation practices\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS information management systems\nEffective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nCertifications in ASP, CSP, OHST, CHMM, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, or similar certifications are preferred\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require\n\nEOE Trinity Industries, Inc., and its subsidiary or affiliated companies (hereinafter “Trinity”) are committed to equal employment opportunity.
