Full-Stack Python/React EngineerWe’re modernizing a legacy platform into a scalable, cloud-native system—and we’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help lead the way.Third-party candidates will not be considered.This is a high-impact role where you’ll own features end-to-end across a modern stack:Backend: Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQLFrontend: React (SPA), SurveyJSAdmin Tools: Refine frameworkCloud: Microsoft Azure (Static Web Apps + services)What You’ll DoBuild high-performance JSON APIs with FastAPIDevelop responsive React applications for both users and administratorsDesign secure systems (encryption, validation, data separation)Integrate with third-party services (webhooks, email, telephony)Own features from concept → production with real autonomyMentor junior developers and influence engineering standardsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong Python + API development experience (FastAPI preferred)Solid React experience in modern SPA environmentsExperience with PostgreSQL and data modelingComfortable in cloud environments (Azure a plus)Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisionsExperience using AI tools to accelerate development workflowsBonus PointsExperience with Azure, SurveyJS, or RefineBackground in secure systems, encryption, or compliance-heavy appsDevOps / CI-CD exposureWhy This Role?You’ll be working on a greenfield modernization effort with a clean architecture, real ownership, and the chance to shape both the system and the team.
