At the heart of it all is a relentless commitment to quality at every step - to ethical sourcing, masterful blending, and peak roasting in small batches - all to create an experience that is much more than just a cup of coffee.\nAbout the Facilities Apprentice role\nDiagnose and troubleshoot a variety of coffee brewing equipment, primarily Wilbur Curtis, La Marzocco and Eversys machines\nSupport cafe operations by performing all aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment (HVAC air handlers, blowers, fridges, freezers)\nWork directly with restaurant customers to install, train and repair their coffee equipment\nFollow established best practices in ensuring personal, equipment and food safety\nMust be available to work on weekends & possess a valid driver's license\nYou'd make a great Facilities Apprentice if you:\nComfortable with ambiguity - things break!
