Team Development and Technical Leadership:\n\nDirectly manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on complex technical challenges and leadership skills\nOversee the development of new engineers through mentorship programs\nReview and approve calculations and designs\nSet technical standards and best practices for the engineering team\nLead technical problem-solving for the most complex or novel design challenges\nBuild team capabilities through training, feedback, and stretch assignments\nConduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance\n\n4.
