You'll design and maintain the systems that keep our data reliable, accessible, and actionable across the company. There are multiple openings across various teams: GTM, Core Product, and Finance.\n\nIn this role you will:\n\nDesign and manage database architecture and data models\n\nBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration workflows\n\nCreate and manage new data integrations across internal and external systems\n\nOwn business reporting: datasets, dashboards, metrics, and self-serve analytics\n\nEnsure data quality, observability, governance, and documentation\n\nRequirements for the role:\n\n4+ years in a data engineering, data science, or full-stack data role\n\nExpert on SQL and Python (required)\n\nExperience with data modeling, warehouse architecture, and BI-oriented schema design\n\nHands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Airflow, Dagster, etc.)\n\nExperience building or maintaining BI reporting (Metabase a plus)\n\nExperience developing scalable backend heavy applications\n\nStrong knowledge of statistics and experimentation\n\nBased in SF or NYC\n\nEqual Opportunity\n\nCognition is an equal opportunity employer.
