Job Description This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pool and providing a safe environment to swim, learn, and play!Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain constant watch of the water and pool areaEnforce rules and proceduresKeep pool and pool area clean and safeUse equipment as assignedHelp record/maintain pool chemical readingsOpen and close poolQuickly perform and demonstrate emergency proceduresMaintain equipment, pool and equipment storage areasExpectations:Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health ClubsEngage in actions that positively impact the member experienceAbility to respond to common inquiriesJob Requirements:Lifeguard CertificationAvailable to work weekends, evenings and holidaysMust hold current CPR and First Aid certificationAbility to work well with othersMust be at least 16 years of age
