We need someone with solid industrial maintenance experience who can step into a manufacturing environment and begin contributing from Day 1.\n\nThe right candidate understands that this is a temporary assignment with a limited duration and is comfortable jumping in, troubleshooting problems, completing repairs, and keeping production equipment running with minimal supervision.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\n\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.\n\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.\n\nDiagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs.\n\nRead and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical blueprints and schematics.\n\nAssist with installation, construction, and modification of equipment and plant structures as needed.\n\nOperate standard tool room equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders.\n\nIdentify manufacturing conditions or processes contributing to excessive equipment wear or damage.\n\nMaintain appropriate inventory of replacement parts, hardware, and maintenance supplies.\n\nMaintain accurate repair records, including the cause of breakdown, repairs performed, parts used, and repair time.\n\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance and repair areas.\n\nWE NEED SOMEONE WHO\n\nHas hands-on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.\n\nCan troubleshoot and repair equipment without extensive training.\n\nHas strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\n\nCan read mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.\n\nIs comfortable working with precision machine shop and repair equipment.\n\nCan work independently, prioritize repairs, and respond quickly to production needs.\n\nUnderstands this is a temporary assignment and not a permanent position.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nValid driver's license.\n\nDemonstrated industrial maintenance experience.\n\nExperience reading mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.\n\nSkilled in the operation of precision machine shop tools and repair equipment.\n\nMust provide a reasonably complete personal set of tools needed for normal daily maintenance work.\n\nSpecialized tools required for specific equipment repairs will be provided by the company.\n\nIMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING\n\nThis is a TEMPORARY, LIMITED-TERM assignment.\n\nWe are specifically looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can walk in, assess problems, and get to work.
