Maintains grill cleanliness, and manages\nthe flow of meals on the grill timely and effectively while adhering to\nServSafe Practices and Standards.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nReport to work as scheduled, on time, well groomed and dressed in company-required dress code.\nAbility to grill and work around high heat.\nKnow the food menu and preparation of all recipes.\nKnow all abbreviations of food items.\nMaintain food quality standards.\nServe meals with presentation in mind.\nTrack and inform management of any food items discarded.\nEnsure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.\nEnsure dietary restrictions for guests are executed well.\nMaintain inventory levels of all ingredients.\nMaintain sanitation standards of grill and adjacent areas.\nExecute closing procedures per company policy.
