The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative and clerical tasks, maintain organized records, and provide support to executive staff. Responsibilities will include handling scheduling, managing correspondence, ensuring smooth office operations, and interacting with clients and staff professionally. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to support the center's mission effectively. Qualifications Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skillsProficient in Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and record-keepingExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in office software and equipmentAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work well in a team-oriented environmentPrior experience in a similar role, especially in settings supporting children and families, is highly desirableHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
