This role ensures efficient production, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality.Key Responsibilities🔧Machine Operation & SetupSet up and operate corrugated machinery (e.g., rotary die cutters, flexo folder gluers, box makers)Install dies, plates, and tooling according to job specificationsAdjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, and feed alignmentMonitor production runs to ensure continuous operation✅Quality ControlInspect finished products for accuracy, alignment, and quality standardsVerify measurements, scoring, cutting, and printing meet customer specificationsIdentify defects and make real-time adjustments to correct issuesMaintain proper documentation of production and quality checks⚙️Maintenance & TroubleshootingPerform routine preventive maintenance on machineryTroubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtimeReplace worn or damaged parts such as blades, belts, or diesReport major repairs to maintenance personnel when needed🦺Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentWear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Comply with company policies and OSHA regulationsBoxes is an equal opportunity employer.
