We are seeking a critical thinker, with expertise in scheduling best practices and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) compliance, able to make recommendations for alternative ways to view program information enabling program management decisions.\n\n*This is based ON-SITE in East Hartford, CT and requires an ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance day one.*\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nInterpret contract requirements and objectives to create a thorough Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with key attributes adhering to DCMA and P&W internal quality checks. Lead IMS baselines and act independently as the program IMS lead in program reviews and meetings.\nProvide consulting support to technical work scope owners by analyzing program plans, assisting technical experts in developing schedule baseline changes, and integrating proposed changes.\nAnalyze program critical path assessments and facilitate root cause assessments to baseline execution variances with CAMs which result in sound analysis and mitigation. Lead the development and delivery of Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and Critical Path Analysis for the Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) and/or external customers.\nCollaborate with Earned Value Analysts, CAMs, and Component Integrated Product Team (CIPTs) to ensure alignment between SAP and IMS reporting systems, assess and report variances and possible mitigation plans from CAMs maintaining the IMS as a tool to manage technical execution.\nCreate and update scheduling procedures and standard work. Continuously expand and update technical knowledge to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity as well as communicating improvements and efficiencies in scheduling.
