These positions will contribute to application modernization initiatives, operational support activities, and the continued enhancement of systems supporting workflow management, document management, and loan processing functions.\n\nSuccessful candidates will work within an Agile environment alongside architects, engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support the agency's mission and strategic modernization objectives.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nDesign, develop, modernize, and maintain mission-critical applications supporting the U.S. Small Business Administration.\nDevelop full-stack web applications using Microsoft technologies and modern frontend frameworks.\nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and database integrations.\nSupport modernization of legacy applications to current .NET platforms and modern architectures.\nDevelop and support workflow management, document management, and loan processing applications.\nTroubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements.\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and client stakeholders.\nParticipate in Agile planning and software delivery activities.\nSupport DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation activities.\nContribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\nTwo (2)+ years of overall work experience.\nExperience in software engineering.\n5+ years of software engineering experience.\nExperience with: C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, REST API development, Git source control, Agile software development practices.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
