We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.\r\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nMeeting with 10-15 contacts a day.\r\nOn-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups\r\nIn a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.\r\nMaintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships\r\nEducating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations\r\nEnjoys working with people\r\nValidating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve\r\nEarning the trust of our Customers\r\nWorking within a sales team and process\r\nMemorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice\r\nDocumenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between\r\nReporting accurately and weekly\r\nBrainstorming to find new leads and opportunities\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nSales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales\r\nGoal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic\r\nAt least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record\r\nProfessional, caring and service-minded\r\nReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team\r\nPreferred Skills:\r\nGeneral working knowledge of property management and/or construction industry\r\nExperience using CRM tool and process\r\nExperience working in base + commission environment\r\nBilingual (Spanish / English) a plus\r\nJob Benefits:\r\nCompetitive salary with unlimited commission on gross sales.\r\nPaid holidays and accruable vacations.\r\nBonus potential from day one!\r\nCompensation: $36,000.00 per year\r\nAbout Surface ExpertsSurface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider.
