Vulnerability Remediation EngineerLocation: Sunnyvale, CA OR Bellevue, WA (Onsite)Employment Type: Long-Term ContractWe are hiring a Vulnerability Remediation Engineer to support enterprise vulnerability management and remediation operations.Required Skills:3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Security Program OperationsStrong understanding of security principles, vulnerability lifecycle management, patch remediation, and risk prioritizationExperience handling large volumes of vulnerability remediation across enterprise environmentsStrong experience collaborating with technical engineering, infrastructure, cloud, or platform teamsHands-on experience with JIRA for remediation tracking and workflow managementStrong project coordination / project management skillsExperience with vulnerability tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, CrowdStrike, or ServiceNowExposure to AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise production environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsResponsibilities:Drive remediation of new and existing vulnerabilitiesCoordinate with technical SMEs and engineering teams to ensure timely issue closureTrack remediation progress, blockers, SLAs, and risk reduction metricsSupport enterprise vulnerability management program operationsImprove remediation workflows through process optimization and automation toolingNote: This is an execution-focused remediation role; deep coding experience is not required.
