This is a highly hands-on role for a project leader who understands what it takes to execute projects in the field and can effectively coordinate engineering, operations, contractors, equipment suppliers, and site teams.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial equipment, material handling, conveyor systems, facility infrastructure, or operations engineering, along with proven experience managing projects in an active field environment.\n\nThis individual will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that technical requirements are translated into practical execution plans and that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to specification.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\n* Manage capital projects from initial planning and engineering through installation, startup, commissioning, and final handoff\n* Lead projects involving material handling equipment, conveyors, industrial machinery, facility infrastructure, and related systems\n* Coordinate engineering activities across internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, integrators, and onsite personnel\n* Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, technical requirements, and milestones\n* Oversee equipment installation, system integration, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities\n* Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and other equipment validation activities\n* Review engineering drawings, facility layouts, equipment specifications, installation requirements, and technical documentation\n* Coordinate facility layouts and equipment placement to ensure operational, safety, maintenance, and integration requirements are met\n* Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans\n* Work directly with field teams to resolve installation, equipment, integration, and operational issues\n* Manage vendor and contractor performance, schedules, deliverables, and onsite activities\n* Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, cost, quality, and resource issues\n* Ensure projects meet safety, quality, operational, and performance requirements\n* Provide direction and leadership to engineers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel\n* Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership\n* Support the transition of completed projects into ongoing facility operations\n\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n\n* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, project engineering, field engineering, or technical project leadership within an industrial environment\n* Demonstrated hands-on field experience executing capital projects, equipment installations, or industrial engineering projects\n* Candidates with exclusively remote project management experience will not be considered\n* Experience with industrial equipment, material handling systems, conveyor systems, manufacturing equipment, or operations engineering\n* Experience with equipment installation, system integration, commissioning, startup, or facility implementation\n* Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, equipment suppliers, integrators, and onsite field teams\n* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, facility layouts, equipment specifications, and technical documentation\n* Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n* Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced field environment\n* Willingness to travel to project sites as required\n* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline preferred\n\nPreferred Qualification\n\n* PMP certification or comparable project management credentials\n\nPay: $50.00 per hour\n\nWork Location: In
