Leads onsite–offshore teams, drives automation and documentation, manages SLA-based operations, and acts as the client-facing owner for escalations, RCA, and continuous improvement.\n\nRole Overview\nManage onsite–offshore team in a cloud-native environment; own docs and automation.\nRun operations governance and weekly customer review meetings.\nDrive improvements across cloud, processes, and tools for faster delivery.\nHandle escalations, define processes, deliver RCA, and manage SLA-driven delivery.\nExperience\n15–20 years overall IT; 5–10 years hands-on AWS/cloud.\n3+ years leading onsite–offshore teams and SLA-based operations.\nCore Skills\nAWS, Terraform, GitHub, networking fundamentals.\nWindows Server and File Server administration; NTFS/share permissions.\nStorage administration; backup and restore; migration experience (AWS/Azure/any cloud).\nAutomation and scripting (PowerShell/AWS CLI), documentation, and runbooks.\nITSM processes (incident/problem/change), KPI/SLI/SLA management.\nNice to Have\nAWS file services (EFS, FSx), DataSync/Storage Gateway.\nAzure exposure for file services.\nSecurity and governance (IAM, KMS, CloudTrail/Config), cost optimization.\nITIL Foundation; AWS or Microsoft certifications.\nEqual Opportunities Employer:\nHexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
